Mondays
12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Exercise (movement matters)
1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Fall Prevention
2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. - Tai Chi
Wednesdays
1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Exercise (movement matters)
2:00 – 3:00 p.m. Fall Prevention
3:00 – 4:00 p.m. Yoga
You can also drop in for general socializing and participate in a variety of other activities including walking, basketball, dominoes, board games and more.
